The new book, which explores the defensive structures from Algeciras to Conil during World War II, will be presented on January 16, 2025, at the headquarters of the Campo de Gibraltar Association. This work combines historical analysis, cartographic precision, and innovative tools to shed light on these silent witnesses of a turbulent era.

On November 15, 2024, we will present the restoration work at the Castle of La Estrella in Teba, one of the largest in the province of Málaga, covering an area of nearly 25,000 m2. This event will provide information on the upcoming conservation efforts, highlighting the methodologies, materials, and strategies aimed at preserving this iconic monument.

On May 15th 2024 a new gathering will be organized with the conference and visit entitled "The re-vision of the South Wall of the Alcazaba of Almeria" by architects Gerardo Úbeda and Pedro Gurriarán. The intervention criteria of the project will be explained and during the visit the progress and execution of the restoration work will be explained.

On Monday, June 26, 2023 we will be talking at the Accademia Polacca delle Scienze di Roma about the Cortijo de las Mezquitas, under the coordination of Dr. Angelo Castrorao and the collaboration of a good team: Maria de los Ángeles Utrero, Nacho Murillo and Enrique Alvarez.

On October 29th the programming of the European Heritage Days 2022 closes with a guided visit to the North Wall and Muro de la Vela with the architect Pedro Gurriarán, the editor and director of the Restoration Projects of the North Wall of the First Enclosure and the Wall of the Sail. During this visit, the models of sustainable construction used since the Andalusian era in the Alcazaba of Almería will be shown in situ.

At the XVIII Symposium on Medieval Archeology "Fortifications and territory. 25 years later", held on the 9th and 10th of June 2022 in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Granada, we will talk about the walls of Antequera and Archidona.

On the 20th of April 2022 we talk about the recent history of Alcazaba de Almería restoration projects at the Seminar on Conservation and Restoration of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of La Laguna.

On the 2nd of November 2021 at Casa Arabe in Cordoba we participated in the conference "The role of fortifications in the process of Islamization. North / South" within the cycle "Islamization under debate."

On Friday the 29th of October 2021 at La Casa de las Asociaciones de Campillos we talk about the archaeological importance and the alarming state of conservation of the Cortijo de las Mezquitas in Campillos, pushing for its enhancement.

In the program 'Esto me suena' of RNE on the 10th of October 2021 the work of A&A Architects will be presented by Pedro Gurriarán and Salvador García, founders of the studio. We chat about the most curious anecdotes of our research and restoration of historical heritage.

On Saturday the 12th of June 2021 we will have the pleasure of talking about the Caliphal constructors within the program organized by the Madinat al-Zahra Archaeological Complex which addresses a long conversation about the city divided into various sessions.

On the 18th of February 2021 we present the Historical Heritage Master Plan at the Rincón de la Victoria City Council, an inventory with 123 elements and a global investment of 6.4 million euros for the next ten years of planning.

On the 5th of October 2020 we lecture on the "Umayyad Fortifications in the Strait of Gibraltar" at the XXIII Conference on the History of Ceuta organized by the Institute of Ceuti Studies at the State Public Library in Ceuta.

On the 24th of November 2020 we are presenting the Master Plan for the Urban Walls of Ronda at the 6th cycle of conferences of the Museum of Ronda, organized by the Department of Tourism together with the Department of Historical Heritage.

On Friday the 15th of November 2019 we will talk about the medieval walls of Almería in the Assembly Hall of the School of Arab Studies, Casa del Chapiz in Granada.

We are delighted to participate in this seminar that deals with one of the most interesting phenomena of medieval times. We will discuss coastal defense during the Umayyad - Fatimid conflict in Madrid, April the 4th 2019 at the Autonomous University of Madrid.
