Hotel Lobby Nice

After the successful launch of Bocca Buona restaurant at the same hotel, our team was commissioned to redesign hotel lobby and bring a fresh and fun look that’s fitting within Park Inn Next Generation design guidelines. New ambience had to bring a colorful and dynamic look, aimed at tech savvy, young and youthful world travelers who know what they want from a hotel stay and are willing to pay for it, but also seek value for price.

The design process started by infusing the Park Inn Next Generation principles into the existing lobby areas to create unique and exciting zones that blend into the overall scheme and contribute a different ambience.

The sense of arrival is created with suspended lamps sloping as lighting clusters in front of the main staircase and double-height pillar. Guests go either upstairs to Bocca Buona bar and restaurant, enter conference rooms under the staircase or continue straight to the reception area, formed of three satellite desks with a colorfully designed background.

The main hub of activity is the open ‘live-inn room’ arranged in the middle of the space featuring a mix of seatings in various colours, sizes and shapes. Surrounding areas give a more intimate ambience, with a small, cosy VIP corner and a comfortable relaxing zone.

On the opposite side of the lobby a 24/7 Food & drink kiosk is placed next to open shelves displaying newspapers, magazines, games and books. A high co-working table with colorful chairs provide the inviting buzz for guests to fully enjoy the personality of the Park Inn by Radisson brand.
