Restaurants Collage

Collage Concept Design project was developed for The Radisson Hotel Group as part of conversion strategy directed to redesign their existing brand of restaurants in Radisson Blu Hotels. The concept was inspired by Peter Blake’s ‘About Collage’ exhibition presenting journeys, both real and imagined, which reveal his fascination with the surreal and comedic opportunities presented by the use of collage.

Collage, the modern Bristish brasserie, is synonymous with Blake’s works: quintessentially British, iconoclastic and full of humour. It presents a new concept – a combination of a traditional pub and a French brasserie, with an English twist. It brings authentic, warm and welcoming ambience with a comfortable space where guests can gather & savour all the various moments of the day, from that first essential coffee of the day, to delicious fresh breakfasts or mid-morning coffee and pastry, leisurely lunching, until dinner with a glass of wine and a plate of appetisers.
